- Journal entries — your reflections written in the digital journal are stored privately and, if you create an account, in our secure storage for one year from account creation.
- Device and browser information — basic technical data collected automatically when you visit our website.
- Communication records — emails or messages you send us in relation to your account, order, or general enquiries.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

- To create and maintain your E-Journal account and store your journal entries securely.

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but commit to notifying you promptly if any data breach affects your information.
7. CHILDREN
Our products are intended for graduates aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Effective Date at the top of this document will be updated when changes are made. We will provide 90 days written notice to all registered E-Journal account holders for any material changes affecting your data.

However, we do not engage in targeted advertising or behavioural advertising of any kind. Our website does not display advertisements.

17. CANADIAN CASL COMPLIANCE
