Due to the instant downloadable nature of digital files, all digital sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded.

We will make it right promptly by sending a replacement file or issuing a refund at our discretion.
Once your refund request is approved, refunds are processed within 3 to 10 business days back to your original payment method. A confirmation email will be sent once your refund has been issued.
